Return and Refund Policy
Final Sale Items
- All sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. No exceptions.
Regular-Priced Items (Canada Only)
- Regular-priced items come with a 14-day FREE RETURN policy within Canada. The return window starts from the date your item is delivered, based on the tracking number.
International Orders
- International orders also have a 14-day return policy on regular price item, but return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.
How to Make a Return
- To start a return, email us at info@majorinteriors.ca for return instructions and a return code.
- Once you receive your return code, arrange the courier pickup and attach the printed return label to your package.
- The return must be made within 14 days of notifying us of your return request.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags and labels intact. Returns of damaged or altered items, or items that show signs of wear, may not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please ensure your return is authorized before sending the item back, and include the return authorization number on the package.
Returns from the U.S.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Be sure to declare your package as “Returned Goods” on the customs form. If other services are used or the return isn’t properly declared, additional fees may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
- For returns from outside Canada, customers are responsible for shipping fees. We recommend using your local postal service to avoid potential brokerage fees, which will be deducted from your refund if incurred. Be sure to mark your return package as “Return” and use a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
