 Customs & Duties

Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay to any destination outside of Canada.  Due to the customs process, delivery times are only estimates and may take longer than stated.

Any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances. If you have any other delivery questions, contact us at info@majorinteriors.ca

  1. Uncollected packages

Shipping costs and duties for uncollected packages will be paid by the customer.

*Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pick up the package from the postal station within the holding period. In the case where the package is left unclaimed and is shipped back to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost and duties charged to majorinteriors.ca by the carrier for the return delivery.

  1. Lost or Damaged Items

Major Interiors Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns of products that have been damaged, are incomplete, deteriorated and/or soiled or in any state clearly indicating that the products have been used, or products returned after the deadline indicated above, or lacking a return form.
Major Interiors Inc. also reserves the right to demand compensation for any damage caused by the Customer's negligent conduct or misconduct when returning products. Major Interiors Inc. cannot be held liable for lost or stolen products beyond its control, or for returns to the wrong address, or for delivery delays of returned products beyond its control, it being understood that the Customer assumes all risks of returns. The Customer is also responsible for providing proof of return. Damaged goods being returned must be in the condition in which they were received by the Customer; the Customer must not attempt to modify, handle or repair them.
