As a sale associate, you are responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, achieving sales goal, and providing the best design solution.

 

Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a full time experienced Sales Manager to promote the sales of luxury home decoration products, to develop marketing opportunities and plans, and implement sales plans by effectively leading and managing sales and marketing team.

Responsibility:

  • Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing sales action plans.

  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives in home collection by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities;

  • Identifies potential customers, develops existing clients, and sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or above

  • 3 years+ of sales and marketing experience

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively

DESIGN CONSULTANT / SALES ASSOCIATE

Versace Home is looking for a full time or part time Sales Associate who understands and has a passion in luxury brand products. As a sale associate, you are responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, achieving sales goal, and providing the best design solution.

Responsibility:

• Drive sales in our home collection line by offering full service design consultations and excellent customer service.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals through effective use of selling techniques, clientele, and product knowledge.

• Build a loyal personal client base by constantly acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients.

• Drive brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities, event execution, assortment recommendations, etc.

• Be responsible for preparing client presentations

• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, display maintenance, house keeping, and related sales support tasks.

• Participate in all inventory and cycle count, as well as in store meeting and training smear as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales experience as a product specialist in a luxury environment preferred.

• have degree in Interior Design or equivalent experience in Interior Architecture, home Staging or interior décor is a plus

• Able to work a flexible work schedule based on the needs of customer that includes night, weekends, and holidays.

• Entrepreneurial, out-going, friendly, and self-motivated.

• Highly collaborative, working with through in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to use Photoshop, MS office, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
